- MEMACO has secured technology transfer rights from BioDeposit of Latvia, the patent owner of BioDeposit Agro and Elixir organic fertilizer products
- ⁠Developed a preliminary Conceptual engineering design report and conducted a Basic feasibility study for the establishment of an organic fertilizer factory in Nigeria.
- ⁠MEMACO is developing the project data-room for establishing 6 factories in the 6 geopolitical zones of Nigeria in collaboration with the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI)
- ⁠MEMACO is in charge of the project planning and management along with conducting all the needed market surveys, feasibility studies, geological surveys and business plans for the project.
